Each year the Dallas USBC Youth Association President appoints individuals to serve on
various committees. These committees are organized to assist in the direction of our

To provide an education program and adult leadership
and guidance for members. |
 |
To encourage participation and recognize achievement
in the game of tenpins while maintaining the ideals of amateurism in order to preserve the
eligibility of members to participate in school and athletic and related programs. |

To help to develop in youth the ideal of
sportsmanship and good citizenship, and to promote physical fitness, mental alertness and
morally sound patterns of behavior. |

To stimulate the interest of educational and church
leaders, adult bowling organizations, bowling proprietors, civic, fraternal and service
groups in helping this program accomplish these objectives by acting as sponsors, coaches
and local administrators. |

To provide a channel for USBC services, including the
sanctioning of leagues and members, and aid in the promotion of the national, state and
local programs of the United States Bowling Congress, in the area served by the
association. |

To encourage adults to serve as instructors, coaches
and other leaders in conduction of the local program. |

To familiarize instructors, coaches, sponsors and
other bowling leaders with the benefits of the United States Bowling Congress program. |
 |
To conduct an annual association tournament to
determine its championships tournament shall be in accordance with USBC rules and
eligibility rules of the local association. |
 |
To comply with the rules and regulations of the
United States Bowling Congress and adopt and enforce such other rules and regulations not
in conflict thereto which may be deemed helpful and essential to the successful
administration of the program in Dallas County and areas adjacent to and not served by
another USBC association. |
