 | 6 BOWLERS
- 5 to bowl; one will be the alternate. Be sure to
bring your alternate. The alternate must be present to earn
Grand Prix points. Alternates may bowl as a "pacer team" in district
meets. Alternates' scores will not count in district meets, standings or for
individual averages, but will count as a tie-breaker for position on the state team.
Be sure that all participants
are "eligible" - that is, ages
12 to 18 on 08 / 01
and still in school. Once a
bowler has graduated or dropped out of school, he/she is ineligible.

Membership CARDS completed for each bowler. Make sure you fill in the
part on the bottom that says "league through which fees are paid".
|
 | A CURRENT
LEAGUE STANDING SHEET showing the highest verifiable
league average of no less than 9 games must be presented for each member of the
team. If a participant bowls in more than one league or center, his highest average
will be used (including Travel League averages). Any bowler without a verifiable
average will bowl scratch. These standing sheets will be kept in the All Star files.
|
 | The HANDICAP FOR ALL
LEVELS OF COMPETITION (including qualifying)
is 90% from 220. It is a requirement that each center submit proof of qualifying with averages for each
district meet to the All Star District Coordinator. Failure to provide such
qualifying within one week of the competition
will result in the center's team forfeiting points at that meet.
|
 | MONEY FOR
LINEAGE: This is a "guaranteed" league.
Therefore, each center must pay for 5 bowlers (6 if alternate bowls) even if only 3
or 4 show up to bowl. We do not keep a bank account because we have no prize
fund. All money paid goes directly to the center for lineage. Therefore, all
fees must be paid the day of the competition. Each
team's coach is to collect money from his team and turn it in to the coordinator before
the end of the first game of bowling.
|
 | ALL CHECKS
SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO THE CENTER WHERE
WE ARE BOWLING.
|
 | DRESS CODE: Collared or T-shirts; slacks or jeans; walking shorts
are okay (NO biker shorts, baggy pants or sweats; no sleeveless shirts; NO HATS or
headsets).
